Bishop Hill Guest House
Built 1870

Bishop Hill Guest House

Bishop Hill Guest House was built in 1870 by William S. Turner. We believe this home stayed in the Turner family until April, 1992 when George I. Todd purchased it from Mary Cardillo, a direct descendant of William S. Turnner. We purchased it from George I. Todd in 1996. In 2006 we began restoration of the original home and completed the restoration in 2008.

Welcome to our Bishop Hill Guest House.
Melding the old with the new, this post-Civil War home awaits you with a quiet and peaceful setting.

Located high atop one of southern Indiana's scenic ridges, Bishop Hill Guest House provides a panoramic view and over looks the Indian-Kentuck River which meanders through the valley below. It is beautiful in every season of the year as you can see by viewing our slideshow on the "Kitchen and Views" page of this website.
