Your Hosts are Bill and Rita Keaton. We are faithful people who have four children, five grandsons, and have been very happily married for over thirty years. In 2006 we restored the Bishop Hill Guest House as closely as possible to its original state.
Our rates are based on a maximum of four persons per night.
One Night: $200*
Each Additional Night: $150
(Rates do not include state and local taxes. Rates are subject to change without notice for all new reservations.)
(*Major event weekends are a two night minimum.)

To make a reservation, please contact Rita for availability. When Rita has confirmed availability and your reservation, you may make your deposit by clicking on the "Pay Now" button or you may send a check. We will send you an email showing the total due with taxes less your deposit and a final invoice about 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. Full payment is due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.
When making a reservation, please be sure to provide your mailing address, an email address, and your contact phone numbers including a cell phone. (There is no phone at the Guest House.)

No smoking on the premises, no pets, and absolutely no hunting. (Note: We will prosecute violations of the "no hunting" restriction.)

A deposit of $200 is required at the time of booking. If staying only one night a total deposit of $224 is due at the time of booking which is one night plus state and local taxes. The deposit is fully refundable if your reservation is cancelled at least two weeks in advance. The balance plus tax is due two weeks prior to arrival.
